Estrella was formerly called Estrella Mountain Ranch and is located at Goodyear in the SW quadrant of the Greater Phoenix Real Estate Area. This master planned community spanning 20000 acres currently has in excess of 3500 family homes with a variety of different styles, size and type. Each cluster or pocket of development has been pre-planned as to what type of architectural controls will be present and allows for consistency throughout.

The location for Estrella is a wee bit more remote… so it can feel more secure… yet it’s entrance is only 12 minutes to the I-10, 8 minutes from Goodyear Ball Park and the Phoenix Raceway, 35-40 minutes from the airport and only 10-15 minutes from a ton of shopping throughout Goodyear and Avondale. Safeway is across the street from the Starpointe Residents Club. Along side it are two banks, Papa John’s pizza, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Oasis Bagels (Breakfast/Lunch stop), Starbucks, Walgreens, Banner Health Center and  future local merchants. There’s a convenience store,  a Taste of Italy restaurant and a gas station too. The community has all the basic needs right there and you’re not far from other valley amenities.
