Surprise Ball Park is close for MLB spring training in the month of March. There are dozens and dozens of restaurants and strip malls for shopping close by and Westgate Entertainment District, home of NFL Arizona Cardinals, is only 25 minutes away.
Homes in the area vary in style among 50 different floor plans over the years from condos to single family between 805 to 3000 square feet. The homes in this area are at a price premium in comparison to Sun City or Sun City West due to the more modern plans and upscale more desirable finishes.
